　　夜幕来临，有着分歧生活和履历的人们鱼贯而入，坐进了飞往东京的承平洋航空7500次航班的机舱。喜怒哀乐，不经意吐暴露来。他们有的正为外遇进退维谷，有的正履历婚变，有的恬不知耻渴望一场艳遇，有的为能够到来的意外怀孕担忧，有的自顾自沉醉在蜜月的浪漫中不管他人。少顷，飞机腾飞，谁知未几遭受一阵强气流，成果一位衣冠楚楚、正襟危坐的男民气脏病突发，虽经众人急救，却不幸猝死机上。经过和空中的长久谈判后，机组职员将上层机舱腾出来，把尸身临时安置在那边。
似乎以此为初步，接下来的八小时内，可骇诡异的氛围在飞机内舒展，各怀苦衷的乘客和机组职员履历着人生最严重的变故……
