　　在马里兰州一个笃信㊟㊟的小镇，人们悠哉游哉，过着自在平静的生活。然而一场意外搅扰了他们的安宁，名叫夏恩（Shiloh Fernandez 饰）的男孩举枪㊟㊟，从此厄运接连降临小镇。夏恩死后不久，他的女友娜塔莉（Rumer Willis 饰）以及她的父亲伯纳德（Jared Harris 饰）相继㊟㊟。目睹娜塔莉㊟㊟的少女林赛（Elizabeth Rice 饰）的男友迪兰（Kelly Blatz 饰）是牧师的儿子，他相信这一连串的㊟㊟事件决非偶然，而是和镇上半年前一宗女巫公案有关，这个女巫正是夏恩的母亲。似乎，组织死亡病毒继续蔓延的办法就是杀掉女巫另一个儿子艾丹（Thomas Dekker 饰）……
