　　根据真人真事改编的冒险电影，描述在1979年，东德的两个家庭为了追求自由逃到西德，于是冒险安排乘坐热气球逃亡。经过种种波折后，两个家长终于带着四名子女坐上了热气球。全片在西德实地拍摄，导演迪尔伯特．曼也能自然流畅地呈现主角的家居及邻里生活实感，因此逃亡过程的紧张㊟㊟程度虽然不算很高，但也维持了不错的观赏性。
