　　琼娜是一位美艳性感的心理医生，在一次出差返家之后，琼娜的家中竟然闯入一个来路不明的蒙面客，虽然她奋力地与对方作殊死战，但是很不幸地，仍然挽救不了姊姊和侄儿的性命。不过，不幸中的大幸是，琼娜在历经了九死一生后，逃出歹徒的攻击。但是她的头部也因此受到严重的创伤，而被送入医院。出院后，琼娜在一位年轻律师库克的帮助下，打算出庭作证，找出杀害她家人的凶手，可是，丧亲之痛与暴徒的阴影却一直在她心中挥之不去。随着情况的日益严重，这场悲剧竟使得琼娜开始出现幻觉，频频见到一些未曾出现的血腥场面……
