　　股票经纪人麦克在中国出差期间心脏病突发，被送入医院抢救。一年后，他邀请救命恩人，来自中国的医生林亮、罗兰夫妇到他新买的森林别墅度假。一伙劫匪劫持了警局的囚车，救出了制毒师维克多，警察牺牲前打穿了劫匪汽车的油箱。为了与接应的车取得联系，他们闯入了麦克的森林别墅。麦克在与匪徒对峙中惨遭杀害。目睹好友被杀、妻子遭受㊟㊟，一向以救人为天职的林亮血性被激发，他举刀冲向匪首杰克，却反被职业杀手刺中了胸膛。所有人都认为他已经死了，只有他的妻子没有放弃。命悬一线的林亮利用专业的医学知识让自己的生命与时间赛跑，为了拯救妻儿于危难，他向劫匪发起了反击……
