　　斯科特·阿金斯在《终极斗士3》《近距离》之后再一次与导演艾萨克·弗罗伦汀合作新电影。阿金斯此次在片中饰演一位前特战队队员，他的孩子在某一天遭到了不明人员的绑架，并且关在了沙漠中的密室里。主角若是想要让他的孩子活命，就必须完成绑架者交代给他的三个危险任务，并且他只有五个半小时来完成，否则自己的孩子就要因为缺氧而断送生命。而他的任务要求他去剿灭三个极度危险的犯罪团伙，这让他的救援之路难上加难。
