简　　介

　　这是独立制片人格雷格.莫托拉的首部剧情长片，故事并不复杂，马洛尼家族中自认为婚姻美满的妹妹莉莎无意中发现一封写给她丈夫的情书，于是大家开始在全纽约帮她捕捉情作者。但结果出乎大家的预料，涉嫌这个家族成员的绯闻一个接一个地被揭露出来，局部战争变成了核大战。再查下去，大有无一幸免之势。整部影片的全班人马都是各自为政的独立电影人，从导演到演员都曾以自己的作品在各个电影节亮相或获奖，男主演曾于1996年自编自导演了一部影片《大夜》（Big Night）
