简　　介

　　杰克（Jesse Metcalfe 杰西?麦特卡尔菲 饰）的姐姐莉莉（Kiele Sanchez 基拉?桑切斯 饰）沉湎于死亡漩涡，多次㊟㊟未遂，最终被送往精神病院强制治疗。为了解救失去自由的姐姐，杰克假装成精神病人混进门禁森严的精神病院。偶然间，他发现医院内的吉尔尼迪大夫竟然用病人做试验。他强迫并人们服用一种药物，并将他们变成嗜血狂魔。
　　得知真相的杰克策划逃跑，他们触动了医院内的电子保全系统，精神病人全部跑了出来。当然，也包括穷凶恶极的吉尔尼迪医生和他冷酷无情的吸血军团……
