　　因偶然瞥见同龄人自跳台而下的华美曲线与身姿，少年坂井知季（林遣都 饰）决定加入MDC跳水俱乐部学习跳水。在接下来数年的练习中，知季和伙伴们度过了一个又一个快乐的训练时光。然而MDC的经营情况却每况愈下，面临关闭的局面。投资人继续注资的要求只有一个，就是要求MDC必须培养出奥运选手来。在此严峻的情况下，美丽而苛刻的麻木夏阳子（濑户朝香 饰）受邀回国执教。在MDC俱乐部内，系出名门且技术拔尖的富士谷要一（池松壮亮 饰）最受器重，而一向表现平平的知季也被独具慧眼的麻木教练选中作为培养对象。另一方面，麻木还引入了天才跳水运动员冲津飞沫（沟端淳平 饰）与要一、知季展开竞争。青春与汗水，抛洒在烈日炎炎的十米跳台之上……
