简　　介

　　在精神健全和精神错乱之间徘徊，一个隐居的低成本电影道具制作人遇到了一个诱人的新手制片人，因为她对现实的脆弱，而陷入一场疯狂。
　　玛拉性格内向，性格奇特，她每天都在为电影制作道具。但她隐遁的外表掩盖了内心的愤怒。玛拉害怕孤独，拒绝让她的爱人离开，残忍地杀害他们，并把他们的尸体当作活生生的玩偶。当玛拉被刚出道的制片人凯特聘用时，两人一见如初。随着两人关系的日益密切，玛拉开始失去对现实本来就脆弱的掌控力。当她的娃娃开始要求她所有的注意力，和凯特威胁要打破她的心，玛拉陷入螺旋精神失控状态，让她别无选择，再次杀人。
