◎简　　介　

　　一年一度的万圣节再度来临，大街小巷都沉浸在欢乐气氛中。然而，这个节日对于卢米思医生（唐纳德·普利森斯 Donald Pleasence 饰）来说却是一个彻头彻尾的灾难，因为他负责控制的杀人狂迈尔斯（Tony Moran 饰）逃走了，很显然，他想在这个属于他的节日中再度大开杀戒。
　　劳瑞（杰米·李·柯蒂斯 Jamie Lee Curtis 饰）一度从迈尔斯的屠刀之下死里逃生，如今，重获自由的迈尔斯将他的首要目标再度锁定在了劳瑞的身上。一直在追踪迈尔斯的除了卢米思医生外还有警长布莱克特（Charles Cyphers 饰），他的女儿亦是迈尔斯的刀下冤魂。当迈尔斯得知了劳瑞的行踪正在迅速接近她时，布莱克特能否争分夺秒，不再让悲剧重演？
