　　新年前夕，威德（Mark Wilson 马克?威尔森 饰）、罗伯特（Pascal Langdale 帕斯科?兰格戴尔 饰）、妮可（Julia Ballard 朱丽娅?贝拉德 饰）等五个互不相识的人相继收到神秘的邀请函，邀请他们参加一个派对，派对地点在一座大厦27层顶楼上。
　　然而令他们奇怪的是，派对房间被装饰成儿童的派对，每个人都有对应的座位：猪、失败者、双面人、没心肠和情人男孩。是有人恶作剧？还是某种主体派对？正当他们困惑不解之时，危及扑面袭来，一场派对变成了残酷无情的狩猎游戏……
