◎简　　介　

　　Deke DaSilva （Sylvester Stallone饰）和Matthew Fox （Billy Dee Williams饰）是纽约市警察局的两个好搭档。Deke DaSilva非常喜欢他所做的警察工作，多次放弃晋级机会，当他和Matthew Fox被分派到反恐精英队时，DaSilva对此十分不满，心怀芥蒂。此时，反恐精英的英国反恐专家获悉，一个臭名昭著的㊟㊟团伙已经潜入纽约，意图通过连环恐怖袭击引发纽约市的骚乱。专家向反恐精英下达了赶尽杀绝的命令，亦引起DaSilva和Fox的反感。但是，随着炸弹声屡次在纽约市响起，他们开始重新认识了这伙㊟㊟的凶残和危害，于是携手，对㊟㊟一伙痛下杀手，经过一番血腥的厮杀，反恐精英击败了这伙㊟㊟，纽约市又恢复了往日的安宁。
